William S. Scarborough collection [microform], 1930-1971.

Two draft manuscripts of Scarborough's autobiography. The 1930 draft was compiled by Scarborough's widow Sarah C.B. Scarborough and Bernice Sanders. They worked with Truman K. Gibson and William F. Savoy who edited the manuscript, perhaps as late as the 1950's. Gibson sent this draft to Prof. Wilhelmena Robinson who re-edited and retyped the manuscript, completing the project in 1971.
